Dr. Michael Rosen is a leading general dentist and implantologist providing low-cost, state-of- the-art dental implants in Phoenix. As the inaugural Chief Resident of the Jacksonville University Comprehensive Oral Implantology Residency at Brighter Way Dental Center, he has placed and restored nearly 1,000 implants, including single-tooth implants, full-arch All-on-X restorations, immediate-load implants, and digital implant workflows using 3D-printed and milled prostheses.
Trained internationally in Brazil and Guatemala, Dr. Rosen combines advanced surgical skills—including minimally invasive implant placement, sinus augmentation, ridge preservation, soft tissue grafting, and osseodensification—with digital dentistry technologies like CBCT, ExoCAD, 3D printing, and in-house milling.
