Dr. Michael Rosen

Dr. Michael Rosen is a Phoenix general dentist and board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. He provides personalized implant care with an emphasis on function, appearance, comfort, and long-term success.

He holds a Master of Science in Dentistry and a Master of Public Health and was the inaugural graduate of the Jacksonville University Comprehensive Oral Implantology Residency at Brighter Way Dental Center. Dr. Rosen has placed and restored more than 1,000 implants, including single-tooth, multiple-tooth, full-arch All-on-X, immediate-load, and digitally guided cases.

His services include minimally invasive implant placement, sinus augmentation, ridge preservation, soft-tissue grafting, osseodensification, and full-mouth implant restorations. He uses CBCT imaging, Exocad digital design, 3D printing, and in-house milling to plan precise and efficient treatment.

Dr. Rosen has completed clinical training in the United States, Brazil, and Guatemala. He speaks English, Spanish, Hebrew, and Farsi and is committed to clear communication and high-quality implant options for patients with varied needs and budgets.
