Dr. Kris Volcheck

Founding CEO
Dr. Kris Volcheck is the Founding CEO of Brighter Way Institute. After earning his dental degree from Emory University in 1985, he moved to Arizona, opened a private dental practice in Globe, and later completed a Master of Business Administration.
His volunteer work with Central Arizona Shelter Services revealed a profound need for affordable, comprehensive oral healthcare for uninsured and underinsured adults and veterans. He founded Brighter Way Institute as a nonprofit response to that need and grew it into one of the country’s most comprehensive nonprofit dental initiatives.
